Amputation Program Goal:

To improve outcomes of patients who have suffered limb loss due to trauma or disease through best practice with an interdisciplinary team.

Guidelines for Admission:

• Diagnosis of lmb loss
• Pre or post prosthetic phase of recovery
• Require the intensity of therapies and specialized medical management provided in the inpatient rehabilitation setting

Recovery and Rehabilitation Program:

The Amputation Rehabilitation Progeam is designed to promote healing and outcomes allowing for participants to return home and live as independently as possible. The interdisciplinary team is prepared to meet the needs of those who ar ein the early pre-prosthetic phase of recovery, those needing intense prosthetic training, and those experienccing a decline in fuctional ability at any point in their life with limb loss.
